Planning a canoe trip in the south of France?

I am planning a canoe trip down the river Ardèche. I want that last about 3 days, I do not know where to begin the river inorder to make the ultimate 3-day trip, or camp sites are on the road. And it would be possible hire a canoe on top and return it in the background??? hope u guys can help coz i rly want to go on this trip! thanx

I'm not familiar with the river, but most of the rivers can rent canoes for rent in one place, and returned in another. Most beginners do not plan to canoe round, although a fun experience. Beginners usually do not venture into these trips throughout the year.
