Motion sickness in canoes?

Im going on a canoe trip this Sunday and goes until Friday and I can have moments when I feel nausea and dizziness, like motion sickness. This occours on long trips by car (I'll have to follow), the big boats and roller coasters. Could happen when Im in a boundary waters canoe? If so what is the best way to prevent or stop it if it happens? I know there are bracelets, but wet and streach it out right? Help please?

Then you can never be sure what will happen, but from what I have described do not be surprised if you do not get motion sickness, whereas in the canoe. I would take some Dramamine beforehand to treat and prevent motion sickness from happening … you can get at any pharmacy.
