whats the quickest way to burn calories?

whats the quickest way to burn calories of fat, or just plain calories?
I heard it could be swimming,running,canoeing or ,jump roping. witch one is it?
and if there is a better one than all of them please also list.thanks

jump roping is very good it build up ur stamina
running builds up ur heart rate
swimming gives u alot of muscles and gives u a wide back
canoing gives u big muscles
the quickest 1 is probaly swimming then jump roping then canoing then running there all good for u i suggest u do them all
