The Hawaiian Islands are known worldwide for its beautiful beaches, breathtaking green cliffs and turquoise waters shimmering ocean. From Waikiki and Ala Moana to the Na Pali coast and Kilauea, the Aloha State is full of well known tourist attractions and scenic destinations. Perhaps less known, however, is the concept most ethereal of a specific attitude to the "Sandwich Islands", as Captain Cook named. This idea is the notion of intangible "Hawaiian Style", a combination of lifestyle and attitude that pervades the islands of Hawaii and the impact of the habits and lives of all who live and visit there.

Style Hawaiian encompasses all the attributes that make Hawaii a great place to live, including friendly neighbors, a relaxed attitude and unique styles of cuisine in the Aloha State. Everything from driving greeting friends affected by the Hawaiian style, usually results in much more friendly and pleasant atmosphere. Cars break to greet each other through the intersections, and "Howzit?" often exchanged when passing strangers on the sidewalks. Downtown Honolulu is an important trading area, but even this traditional bastion of the concrete jungle is dotted with palms, color plants, and even neon gecko (a lizard common in the islands).

Even the food is imbued with the essence of Hawaiian style, ranging from noodles and pasta to meat and seasonings. A perfect example of this is Saimin – a dish found only in the islands, which combines aspects of Filipino, Korean, Chinese, and the Japanese cuisine. The entire restaurant franchise originated in the islands, including the ubiquitous Zippy, who specializes in local foods, like Saimin, chicken katsu, teriyaki dishes, and mucus crazy. The types of recreation that are popular in Hawaii, are another good indicator of what style of "Hawaii" means, especially surfing, known as the "sport of kings." In fact, there is a surf shop merchandise and other items popular on the island called "Hawaiian Style".

After of all descriptions and examples, it is really impossible to understand without experiencing Hawaiian Style firsthand.
