I'm traveling for a week and I need a detailed list of what to wear?

I'm going to Connecticut for a week and we will do everything. Literally !!!!!!!!!! From hiking, going to the beach, amusement parks, canoeing. Can anyone give me a detailed list of what to wear? I am a neat freak to help me plz !!!!!!!!!!! Thanks in advance!
