The function of any quality performance venue must be to enrich your life, learning and leisure in the surrounding community through the performing arts. Theater performance should strengthen the economic and artistic vitality of the arts community partners by providing quality and diversity of experiences artistic and stewardship. If you're lucky, your community has a place of entertainment that takes place all this through a state-of-the-art performance hall.

Some theaters even function as a local education center and outreach opportunities, the transformation of phases in classrooms, places where the creation of professional Theater partners with educators and parents seeking to ignite students discover the world, each other and most importantly, themselves.

Fortunately, Born and raised in a town with a play partnership that has provided these services to the community and more for my whole life.

The Association Victoria Theater, located in the historic Victoria Theater in downtown Dayton, Ohio, is not first-class-of-Dayton arts organizations nonprofit. They occur most of 300 performances for all ages each year, operating and maintaining three vital arts facilities for the benefit of the community and arts organizations that used and also serve the community with a thriving events and catering business in the heart of downtown Dayton.

Moreover, education Victoria Theater Association and the Outreach team offers an education project in depth, without charge to students and teachers each year. Each project is built some concrete action and theme of previous projects, for example, have focused on the Holocaust, or have been built around products such as hairspray, Freedom Train, and Ragtime. A typical project begins with drama workshops in the classroom, followed by a critical writing or art project that explores the key themes of the book in question (in particular historical context) and connects these issues today, and culminates in student attendance on performance.

I know I'm not alone in my community when I say I feel fortunate to have an association of theater that offers entertainment options, quality.
