YOU fish with a canoe on the James River in Virginia CAN? Or are the other boats arrive at Wakey?

The Rio Santiago is a great river! It extends from Chesapeake Bay up to the mountains! If you are east of the fall line in Richmond, being close to the shore. Too many people have to get where they are going as fast as they can and have no respect for others. Fortunately, they tend to stay in the middle of river.
