Is there a place to canoe alocohol legal and drink in Central Florida?

I want to go canoeing, rafting, enjoy some springs and not be afraid to enjoy a beer.'m too old to be immersion lint. I know a place in the Wekiwa River, but you still have to sneak alcohol. Please, help.
