Quilt Challenge – using "County Canoe" material?

I am looking for ideas to "Holly Taylor Canoe Country" online web to double or full size quilt. I looked at the book of ideas that is available, and not find one I liked. I will hand quilting this quilt, so I'd like something that has more employer to open a huge block.
