Everyone experiences stress at some point in our lives and even throughout the day. The important question is how long it clings to that stress before deciding let go and give yourself a break badly needed.

Well, a technique that has proven very useful is simply letting the mind go. The peace and sense general welfare that offers this is really very powerful and it's like daydreaming, however, takes deeper. Obviously, the practice itself is very personal and what works for me may not work for you. The technique is so simple that it is very easy to adapt to their own system and can be used anywhere, anytime regardless of the situation. It is also so simple that it can be dismissed as ineffective. However, to me it works wonders.

You need something that is deep. The ocean is clear and so is the sky. Must be a cloudless blue sky, to really appreciate the depth. It may also be a clear starry sky or a deep lake, or even a painting that has a depth and perspective. If you're really stuck then a dark-colored carpet or wall will work. In other words, we want something we can completely Lose Yourself.

Very simple look deep in your chosen subject and let your mind go free. Deliberately relax all muscles and joints and limbs and complete and total surrender to the depths that are in front of you.

Do not focus on your stress, do not try to release or resolve any problems that may have everything you just let go. Problem solving, stress, ideas, concepts, judgments of letting them fall to all and let your mind free to expand and flow into the depths of the universe.

The feeling that you want is the same sense of relief experienced when finally put the bags of groceries to take home after. You want that same feeling, but you want your mind to feel. Perhaps taking a very object display heavy and then just drop mentally. When you do "fall" all his limbs and muscles and joints. Loosen your jaw and allow even the eyes to relax, for then look deep into the cosmos.

This may sound like a very simple technique. Well, that and works great. Even when faced with some stress can use this method only for the joy of it. It is only necessary for a minute or so to get quick relief during their working day. Can be used as was in bed. Maybe paint a mural on the ceiling or place a sign there for you to go away and explore.

So take daily time and spontaneously to free your mind and relieve stress. Yes, it's simple, but that is beauty. You do not have to think about it, you only release and the flow and extend.
