Plastic Canoe Repair Kit
Anyone have any on-line info explaining canoe repair for the Rails?
My fiberglas canoe had ash wood rails which are pretty beat up. I was thinking of replacing them with pvc or metal. I would like some pointers to web sites which might describe the process for replacing or discuss the merits of switching from ash to plastic or metal. Or sites which actually sell kits would be fine as well – not looking to go broke here since I can build the parts myself.
